Ms. Ayesha Siddiqua

Founder​
Ms. Ayesha Siddiqua is the founder of ‘’ Siddiqua Ayesha Chartered Accountants”.  She developed her passion for becoming a practicing Chartered Accountant through her work with two leading CA firms (i.e. Hoda Vasi Chowdhury &Co and ACNABIN Chartered Accountants) in Bangladesh. She led many special assignments and audit in banks, financial institutions, multinational companies, and development sector. Some of her notable assignments are privatization of Rupali Bank, portfolio analysis of First Security Bank, special audit of SABINCO, interim audit of Hotel Radisson blue, annual audit of BRAC Bank, UCB stock brokerage, Dhaka Bank securities, Grameen Bank, BBC Media Action, OXFAM Bangladesh and ICCO Corporation.

Ms. Siddiqua has demonstrated fifteen years working experience with high achievements in the development sector in many organizations (Save the Children, FAO, John Snow Inc. and Helen Keller International) in a number of positions. She led accounts, finance, grants, budget, partnership, human resource and procurement. In this journey, she cashed a solid understanding of the donor regulations; particularly- USAID, EU, DFID. During this time, she has cemented a good relationship with donor agencies, BIDA, NGOAB, and various ministries of the Government of Bangladesh

Md. Al-Amin Khan

Manager- Audit and Advisory Service
Mr. Md. Al-Amin Khan serves as a Manager (Audit and Consultancy) at Siddiqua Ayesha Chartered Accountants. He is a partly qualified Chartered Accountant, having completed his chartered accountancy course from ACNABIN Chartered Accountants. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting from a reputed university.

Mr. Al-Amin is a professional accountant with 10 years of experience in audit and consultancy, internal control, and compliance. Throughout his career in the audit firm, he has led and supervised numerous assignments across various sectors, including banks and financial institutions, NGOs, manufacturing, garments, construction, the power sector, pharmaceuticals, and the educational sector.

Mohammad Nurul Islam Nobel

Consultant – Accounting and Business process Outsourcing
Mohammad Nurul Islam Nobel is the lead consultant of Siddiqua Ayesha Chartered Accounts. He is responsible for supervising a team of accounting and business process outsourcing. Mr. Nobel is also in charge of managing projects, performing financial evaluations and giving customers strategic counsel. He has a wealth of expertise in project portfolio analysis, standard operating procedures (SOP), accounting advisory, auditing, academic and professional content writing.

In 2020, Mr. Nobel graduate from Oxford Brooks University. In addition, he is a finalist for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He also earned an HND in finance and an HDA in accounting. He served as an ACCA trainee at Snehasish Mahmud & Co.

Mr. Nobel has undertaken the role as the country representative for Golden Light Consultancy UK, a company that offers business consulting services to the EU and Asia, since 2020. Additionally, he trains professionals and students from several sectors in academic and business freelancing. He has given Dhaka University students this kind of instruction, together with other well-known local university students.

Mortuza Reza Bhuiyan

Consultant – TAX and VAT
Md. Golam Mortuza Reza has been practicing as a lawyer in the Dhaka Judges Court for over 25 years. He specializes in Civil, Criminal, Company, and Banking Law. He has long served as a panel lawyer for Prime Bank PLC, NCC Bank PLC, Mercantile Bank PLC, and Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC. Additionally, he has extensive experience working with various financial institutions and companies on loan documentation and secretarial services.

Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and companies, financial due diligence reviews, management reporting, consultancy, and tax advisory services. His diverse portfolio of clients includes multinational corporations, banks, the RMG sector, and development organizations. Mr. Mortuza earned his L.L.M degree with honors from the University of Dhaka in 1996.

Advocate Rahima Begum Milky

Consultant- Corporate and Secretarial Service
Ms. Rahima Begum has been an Advocate of the Judge Court of Bangladesh since her enrollment in 2007. She obtained her LLB degree from National University and is a member of the Dhaka Bar Association with membership number 9082. Ms. Begum has significant experience in advocacy, legal affairs, risk and compliance management, regulatory affairs, RJSC compliance, BIDA permissions, company and commercial laws, legal notices, and partnership agreements.

Throughout her extensive career, she has specialized in banking matters, including loan security documentation. Her expertise includes verifying property documents, conducting searches in sub-registries and joint-stock companies, and drafting various legal documents such as mortgage deeds, negative mortgages, bank guarantees, Powers of Attorney, revocations of power, Deeds of Redemption, letters of Hypothecation, deeds of Floating Charges, and satisfaction and modification of charges. Additionally, she has experience in drafting various lending agreements, including term loan agreements and lease agreements.
